Stitch Bar accessibility information

Getting there: There a few different methods to arrive at Stitch. Wynard Station is the closet train station which is approximately 160 metres when taking the York St exit.

Light rail stop is the Wynard light rail stop which is approximately 240m.

Please note York street is clearway from 3pm every weekday and is very busy street.

Parking: There is paid parking both at 71 York Street and 24 York Street approximately 100m, there are 4 accessible car parking spots on Barrack Street approximately 20m.

Entering: Stitch is a basement venue, if lift access is required there is door bell at the entrance which you can press and a staff member will escort you to lifts which is through he lobby of another part of the building. Or you can call the venue directly as well on ‭+61 2 9279 0380‬.

Toilets: There is one toilet located within the venue and additional 2 toilets including one left hand side accessible toilet on the ground floor which can be accessed from the lift to left of the bar.

Sound & Vision: We have a room where the lighting level and sound level can be adjusted, and is available from Sunday to Thrusday please let our staff know either prior to arriving or at the venue. You can leave a note through our online booking system our with our reservation team.

Pocket Bar accessibility information

Getting there: Public transport is limited to buses and there is a bus stop opposite the venue approx 40m..

Parking: There is FREE of street parking at 14 Wilson Rd approx 350m, there are 2 accessible car parking spots in Surf club parking approx 260m.

Entering: Pocket is ground level venue with no step at entry.

Toilets: All toilets located within the venue and are unisex 4 toilets including one left hand side accessible toilet and one ambulant toilet.

Kasippu accessibility information

Getting there: There a few different methods to arrive at Kasippu. Townhall Station is the closet train station which is approximately 200 metres when taking the Kent St exit.

Light rail stop is the Townhall rail stop which is approximately 300m.

Please note Kent Street has bike lane and please be aware of bikes moving at speed in those lanes.

Parking: There is paid parking 431 Kent Street with entry from Sussex St as well approximately 30m. There are 6 paid street parking from 6pm opposite the venue. Accessible car parking spots on Barrack Street approximately 650m.

Entering: Kasippu is a ground floor venue with a few steps at the door, if mobility access is required there is an alternate entrance please make a not in your booking or phone the venue on 02 8080 7371‬

Toilets: There are no toilets located within the venue and with the toilets locatedf within the lobby, there seperated male and female toilets with one hand side accessible toilet which can be accessed through the bar area..
